Asburne Mild Malt is a very versatile malt. With its diastatic power it is fully self converting and can handle conversion on adjuncts as well. It is great for any beer that needs a malt flavor boost without a boost in non-fermentables. Produces a beautiful golden hue. Highly suited to brew an Alt, Kolsch, Vienna/Marzen/Oktoberfest and can be used to great effect in English, Irish and Scottish styles.
