We accept returns on all items within 30 Days of purchase date (Products must all be Brand New - Un-Opened - Un-Used as when you received them). We cover return shipping charges on any orders/items that were damaged during transit by the shipping carrier, as well as any incorrect orders that we may have shipped out.
* We do not take any returns on unopened liquid gardening & hydroponic nutrients due to not knowing what the chemical composition of the item we get back is in as heat and light can affect those products. All products will be tested upon return before we issue a refund/credit. *
Any transit damage for your order must be reported to us within 72 hours upon delivery date, please send along up close pictures relating to any damage shown so we can access the situation.
Accidental Orders / No longer needing
All other return shipping charges will fall on the buyer (Accidental order / No longer need / Etc...) . Please keep in mind that we put a 10% restocking fee on all of these returns. Depending on what was ordered, an additional restocking fee may be applied if we receive back a used item that is deemed in working order.
Manufacture Warranty - Please keep in mind that a manufacture's warranty is not our own. In the event of a warranty claim please contact the company directly. If there are any issues please contact us and we will assist you in the process.
Due to each unique situation and order it is best to email us about a return so we, as well as yourself have a record of the return inquiry.
Please make sure in the email you include the following information.
1. Order Number
2. Product you wish to return
3. The reason for the return.
4. Best phone number to reach you.
5. If the product(s) you received were damaged please attach a few images showing the damage to your item(s) as we will need those to start a claim with the carrier/manufacture.
Once we receive an inquiry we will contact you at our earliest convenience (usually following business day or same business day) per phone to expedite the process as well as send you update emails.

Refund Policy -
When an order has not yet shipped - If you placed an order by accident or no longer wish to receive your order. Please contact us before the item is shipped and we can simply release the hold for that amount on your bank account. No refund delay since we have not accepted and captured the payment.
When an order is already shipped - Once we have confirmation from the shipping carrier the item is being returned back to us, we will issue a refund immediately for the original purchase price minus our shipping charges to send your order.
When you have received your order - Please refer to our Return Policy for information on return shipping charges. Once we have received the order back in our warehouse we will check to ensure the item(s) are still in Brand New - Un-Opened - Un-Used condition as when you received it. Once we have confirmed everything is as when we shipped it we will issue a refund immediately for the original purchase price minus our shipping charges to send your order.
